Summer Conditioning

 Hi everyone, I know summer break is just around the corner so I just wanted to send out a few reminders. Summer conditioning will start at 8am on Monday June 6th. Meet at the soccer field. Always bring both indoor shoes for weight room or gym days, and cleats. Cleats won’t be allowed indoors or on the track and bleachers. So if you don’t bring indoor shoes on days we are inside you may have to miss out on that days training. ALWAYS BRING WATER! It will be hot! We will be conditioning Monday through Thursdays from 8-10am in June. After that there will be a break for the 4th of July week (required by UHSAA) then we will only have one more week we can condition before we have to break before tryouts. Tryouts will be on Monday July 27th starting at 330 pm and run that whole week until the team is selected after which we start practicing right away. I know soccer season cuts into summer break a little bit, but I encourage everyone to attend conditioning as much as possible. See you all soon.
