Travel meeting

 There will be a meeting next Tuesday July 12th. It will be in the cafeteria at 630pm. We will be playing 2 preseason games in St George this year. In order for the district to approve the overnight travel there are a few forms that need to be filled out by the parents and also notarized. If anyone knows of a notary who can attend and help us out that would be great. I need at least one parent whose daughter will be trying out for the team to attend the meeting. Since we are traveling so close to the tryout date I will need it from anyone trying out. If your daughter makes the team, great and we have the necessary paperwork completed. If your daughter does not make the team then the paperwork will be discarded. Please bring a copy of an insurance card as well. We may need that but not sure. Would be good to have everything needed just in case. Please text or email me with any questions. See you all next week. If you’re involved in helping with the golf tournament we ask that you stay after for about 20 min to confirm everything is all set for the golf tournament.
